These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Intellino app for iPhone and iPad and the website intellino.ai (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms for you.

1. Who can use Intellino

Intellino is a study app for students. Children under 13 may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their child's use. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle children's information.

2. Your account

• You sign up with a grade level and a username. Please do not use your real name, school or other personal details in your username.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

3. What the Service does

Intellino offers study tools such as flashcards, matching games, practice tests, an AI tutor, a calculator, a writing helper, a summarizer, SAT practice, personalized suggestions and daily rewards. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

4. AI-generated content

• Answers, flashcards, quizzes and tips are created by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Always double-check important work with your teacher, textbook or a parent.
• Intellino is a learning helper. It is not a replacement for your teachers or your own effort, and you should follow your school's rules about homework and academic honesty.
• The Service is not for medical, legal, mental-health or emergency advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, photos and text you upload ("Your Content"). You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service to you, for example to make flashcards or a practice test. Only upload things you have the right to use, and do not upload photos of people, private information or anything inappropriate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to cheat, bully, harass or harm anyone;
• upload illegal, harmful, hateful or adult content;
• try to break, copy, reverse-engineer or overload the Service;
• use bots or automated tools, or share your account with others;
• sell, trade for money or exploit rewards outside the app.

7. Subscriptions and payments

• New users get a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription costs $4.99 per month unless it is cancelled.
• Purchases are made through your Apple ID and are charged by Apple. A parent or guardian must authorize any purchase for a child.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your device's Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Prices may change; we will tell you before a change takes effect. Future in-app purchases and upgrades may be offered.

8. Points and collectible items

Points and collectible or tradable items in the app are virtual items for fun. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and may be changed, reset or removed. Trading, if offered, takes place only inside the app and follows these Terms.

9. Our property

The Intellino name, logo, owl design, app and website content belong to us and are protected by law. You may use the Service for personal learning only.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is" without promises that it will always be available, error-free or that it will improve your grades. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from using the Service, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or if we stop offering the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes we will let you know in the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
